4. Do you offer any service guarantees?
Yes! We offer a 12-day guarantee on select services:
- We’ll repair any lifts, chips, cracks, or broken nails within 12 days.
- Your nail color or design will remain unchanged during this period.
- Note: The 12-day guarantee does not apply to regular polish services. Customers are responsible for selecting their own color.
If you can’t return to our salon within 12 days, please give us a call — we’re happy to assist you.
